Sarah Randell is Food Director of Sainsbury`s Magazine and author of WEEKEND BAKING (Ryland Peters & Small, 2010). She previously worked as food editor for many of Delia Smith’s bestselling cookery books.
Sarah worked with Martin Dorey on the recipes for THE CAMPER VAN COOKBOOK (Saltyard Books, 2010) and THE CAMPER VAN COAST, (Saltyard Books, 2012). Her latest book, MARMALADE, was published by Headline Publishing in 2014.
Sarah lives in London with her husband Matthew and, when she isn’t cooking or recipe writing, can be found in a restaurant or café, foraging or reading a favourite recipe book.
