After forging a career in the City of London, South African-born Zita Steyn decided to pursue her lifelong dream of working in the world of healthy food. She graduated as a nutritional chef from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York and founded Food Fights upon her return to London, where she lives with her husband and 3 children.
Her mission is to change the way we think about, prepare and eat food, and she consults for businesses (including schools and catering companies), hosts supper clubs and teaches individuals and groups, all on the subject of nutrition and how to incorporate healthy food into everyday life. Zita’s first book, Good Better Green, is packed with inventive, inspiring recipes to celebrate those potent green vegetables. www.foodfights.co.uk
