Jane is an experienced cook who runs popular cookery demonstrations from her home in Northumberland as well as throughout the UK, and further afield via Zoom.

Having trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, she has taught at Leiths School of Food & Wine, contributed and produced recipes and food for cookery books and magazines as a food stylist, and run her own successful London catering business. Jane’s first cookbooks were MAKE IT EASY (2012) and THE GET-AHEAD COOK (2018 / 2022).  JUST ONE PAN was published by Headline Home in 2021 and was described by India Knight in The Times as ‘easy family cooking at its absolute best’.  DELICIOUSLY SIMPLE will be published in time for Mother’s Day in 2023.
