Vietnamese-British chef and author, Thuy Diem Pham, is the head chef and owner of the multi-award winning London restaurant The Little Viet Kitchen.
Having established herself through her long-running and hugely popular Islington supper club, Thuy opened her first restaurant in early 2015. The Little Viet Kitchen is beloved by diners for its combination of Thuy’s restaurant precision and flair with the comforts of home cooking.
Thuy moved to the UK when she was 7 years old and has developed a distinctive approach to Vietnamese cooking in the West, with an authentic understanding of Vietnamese culture and cuisine matched with a deft handle on London’s foodie scene.

Thuy lives in London with her husband and young son.
