Sam Richards is a food writer and cook. Originally trained by Jamie Oliver, he has built a career in the food industry, and is busy juggling a hectic schedule as a fishmonger, food stylist and recipe tester. He is happiest searching out great seasonal ingredients in his local North London and creating recipes for his blog; Sam Cooks Food. Cited in the Evening Standard as one of ‘London’s 20 best bloggers”, and topping the trends list as “one to watch” in BBC Good Food Magazine, Sam is forever planning his next diner party, and constantly working out just what to do with that glut of giant marrows.
