John Gregory-Smith is a chef and food writer who specialises in Turkish cuisine. He is passionate about Turkey having explored the country extensively over the last ten years and he regularly hosts Turkish pop-ups and secret supper clubs in London.
He is the founder of online magazine Eat Travel Live and his recipes have featured in Sainsbury’s Magazine, The Times, Daily Mail, Men’s Health, GQ, House and Home, Red Magazine and Stylist. He is also a weekly columnist for Grazia magazine. As a presenter he has appeared in the UK and USA.
John’s third book TURKISH DELIGHTS was published by Kyle Books in September 2015 and follows on from the success of MIGHTY SPICE COOKBOOK and MIGHTY SPICE EXPRESS (Duncan Baird).
He is currently researching and writing a new book ORANGE BLOSSOM & HONEY to be published in 2017.
