Jane’s career started at the BBC in London, where her love for food was shaped by the likes of Delia Smith and Rick Stein. Combining her love for food with her passion for healthy living and exercise, Jane decided to leave television and retrain as a nutritionist, eventually founding Jane Plan.
Through Jane Plan, Jane now works together with a team of expert dieticians and fitness professionals to provide useful, no-nonsense advice and diet plans that cater to each client’s individual schedule and weight-loss aspirations with food delivered straight to their door.
