Emily Dobbs

Emily Dobbs studied Fine Art at Manchester Metropolitan. She has worked as a chef for the last four years at top restaurants in London including The Dock Kitchen, Ducksoup, Petersham Nurseries and Spring. She set up Weligama, a pop up, in May 2015 and has traded with Kerb, Druid St market and Street Food Union as well as popping up in Sri Lanka for the Galle Literary festival and Colombo Fashion Week 2016.

Emily first book WELIGAMA was published in November 2017.
