Ching He Huang

Ching He-HuangChing is an International Emmy nominated TV chef & food writer who has become an ambassador for Chinese cooking around the world. Born in Taiwan and raised in South Africa and the U.K., cooking became a vital connection between Ching and her heritage. Ching’s approach to cookery stems from the traditional cuisine and techniques of her grandparent’s farming community in Southern Taiwan.

Ching is a regular guest TV chef in the U.K. appearing on Saturday Kitchen (BBC1), Food and Drink (BBC2) , Munch Box (ITV1) and Sunday Brunch (C4). 

Her bestselling cookbooks include: EAT CLEAN: WOK YOURSELF TO HEALTH, EXPLORING CHINA, CHING’S FAST FOOD, EVERYDAY EASY CHINESE, CHING’S CHINESE FOOD IN MINUTES, CHINESE FOOD MADE EASY and CHINA MODERN.
