Ching is an International Emmy nominated TV chef & food writer who has become an ambassador for Chinese cooking around the world. Born in Taiwan and raised in South Africa and the U.K., cooking became a vital connection between Ching and her heritage. Ching’s approach to cookery stems from the traditional cuisine and techniques of her grandparent’s farming community in Southern Taiwan.
Ching is a regular guest TV chef in the U.K. appearing on Saturday Kitchen (BBC1), Food and Drink (BBC2) , Munch Box (ITV1) and Sunday Brunch (C4).
She has published six bestselling cookbooks to date including Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health, Exploring China, Ching’s Fast Food, Everyday Easy Chinese, Ching’s Chinese Food in Minutes, Chinese Food Made Easy and China Modern.
Ching is currently working on a new cookery title to be published in 2017 by Kyle Books.
