Tiffany Goodall is a rising young star in the world of cookery. She graduated from Ireland’s Ballymaloe Cookery School with flying colours in 2005 and from Newcastle University in 2008 with a degree in Business Studies. Tiffany has demonstrated at Marks & Spencer, screen-tested for Optomen Television and has several times been a guest on BBC Food’s Market Kitchen.
Her exuberant and sassy student cookbook, FROM PASTA TO PANCAKES, was published by Quadrille in August, 2009 to a fanfare of publicity. Tiffany’s follow-up, FIRST FLAT COOKBOOK, was published in 2010, bursting with ‘recipes appealing as well as accessible’ (Time Out).
